Alternative to Electroform that by
all accounts equals or outperforms most electroform products at a much
lower cost, with faster turn times and something simply not possible
with electroform....It can be edited at a later time to increase
aperture sizes or add parts to a new board revision. This material has
an ultra-fine grain structure. In combination with our new laser's 4
kilohertz beam the result is a smooth, precise aperture wall. Unlike
electroform stencils, our alternative to electroform possesses
dimensional uniformity across the entire surface. Paste volume does not
vary with location.
