ASI is now able to offer both stainless steel and ESD Safe plastic assembly inspection tools. These are available both unmarked and with any combination of designator and polarity text. Make quality control almost fool proof.

Stainless steel is an excellent choice for uses that will not bring it in contact with static sensitive devices or components that are powered up.

For true protection we offer ESD safe material precisely cut with a CO2 laser. This plastic is a semi conductor that will bleed a charge in a controlled manner. They can be ordered with part designators and other identifying text clearly marked.
