- Alternative to Electroform

ASI's "Alternative to Electroform" stencils are the
"must have" for your fine pitch/tight places assembly! By using our
alternative stencil as opposed to an Electroform stencil you will be saving
money, rework and time. For those of you who have had to deal with the
issues involved in getting a good electroform stencil to perform, our laser
cut ultra fine grain material delivers absolute uniformity in thickness
across the stencil as well as tack-sharp edges in every feature. Then there
is the terrific advantage of being able to add parts if the board is reved
or a part is left out. Instead of ordering a new and expensive electroform
stencil, we simply take the existing stencil and edit it at minimal cost.
All this and less expensive. You can't loose.
